Delivery processing times
  • TOP DOT works hard and closely with our shipping partners to deliver your orders on time and keep delays to a minimum.
  • Orders placed after 12;00pm will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12;00pm on Saturday will ship out the next business day.
  • Keep in mind that our delivery partners provide us with an estimated delivery date. On rare occasions, these packages can be delivered outside of the estimated timeframes.
Tracking your order
  1. After you’ve placed an order, we’ll email you with all the details, including the tracking number.
  2. You can also track your order by heading to Track Orders in your account.
  3. If you've shopped items from multiple sellers or locations, you may receive more than one package.
Signing for your purchases

We do our best to keep your purchase safe until it is delivered. We will request a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package is delivered, we will wait a maximum of 15 minutes, after that, we will return the package to TOP DOT's Warehouse.
