Documents you’ll need to have handy
to register as a seller on TOP DOT: 
  • Name, email, phone, account’s owner.
  • Business information, such as; business name or individual that represents the brand.
  • Commercial address.
  • NIT and digital RTU copy - must be up to date.
  • Digital copy of the legal representative’s DPI or passport.
  • Digital copy of sales invoice.
  • Digital copy of a fixed service, such as electricity bill, water bill, phone bill, etc.

How do I know if I can sell with Top Dot?

TOP DOT focuses on fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. The platform has over 20 product categories ranging from clothing and personal care to home decor. You can sell your products in any of these categories.

Is there a cost to sell on TOP DOT?

It is completely free to open your account as a seller on TOP DOT. You only need to pay a commission per sale that is applied when your product is sold.

When do I receive payments for my sales?

Payments are made bi-weekly. Sales made in the first half of the month go through a review and validation process and are settled at the end of the second half of the month. This process continues monthly.

How can I know when I made a sale?

TOP DOT will notify you each time you receive a new order through an email confirmation. You can view all the details of your sales in your seller portal.

Who covers the shipping costs to the customer?

We offer different delivery options, and you just need to choose the one that best suits your business model.
