How to sell pre-loved items in Top Dot? Get started with 3 simple steps;

Fill out this Pre-Loved form in order for us to review the item you want to sell.

Once your seller form has been approved, please ship your product to our warehouse and TOP DOT will upload it to the platform and take care of the delivery for you.

Sold! you’ll receive your payment through a money transfer or TOP DOT store credit!
TOP DOT team reviews product quality and authenticity before selling them online to guarantee the price for value.

Circular Closet
As part of the TOP DOT community, you have access to your own digital Circular Closet. This means that you can re-sell any item you previously bought on TOP DOT if you want to give them another home. Interesting right?
How does it work?
- At your Circular Closet, inside your profile, you'll have the option to see all the eligible items for re-sell. This way, the platform will have them labeled and set up for the time you decide to re-sell them. It's that simple!
- You can re-sell products from almost any TOP DOT category, like clothing, home décor, accessories, bags, party supplies. You name it!
- Remember, good quality is meant to last. It's up to you to give those products a second chance and strengthen sustainability practices.
Donation Program
Looking for ways to give back? We've got you covered. As part of our commitment to minimize the amount of waste going to landfills and the desire to help different charity initiatives, we designed our donation program to help give back to our community.
If you are a TOP DOT client (meaning you have previously shopped at our platform), you can donate any pre-loved items by simply dropping them off at our fulfillment center and indicating the charity you'd like to help.
TOP DOT will distribute your donation to the organization or charity that you've selected, such as; homeless shelters, communities with scarce resources, victims of domestic violence, asylum seekers, and other vulnerable groups.
How does it work?
- Select the items you want to donate.
- Pack your donation, include the Charity or Organization's name you want to support and drop it off at our fulfillment center. You can even use one of our recyclable boxes if you have one.
- We will take care of the rest.
Make someone's else day by donating your pre-loved clothes at any time and at no cost.
